How Kleerdrobe works as a publisher.
Kleerdrobe is an independent fashion research, discovery, and comparison service for the Netherlands. Visitors can begin with original editorial content and a transparent comparison method. We publish retailer products only after the retailer or affiliate network approves the relevant campaign feed, so shoppers can make an informed choice about visiting the retailer.
Original added value
Kleerdrobe publishes original editorial research and a transparent comparison method. Once a partner feed is approved, we add personal filters, comparisons, and saved favourites.
Intentional outbound clicks
On a live product listing, the retailer name is visible and the shopper decides whether to open the external product page. There is no automatic redirect, cookie dropping, cashback, or reward for a click.
Independent ranking
Commission never determines the order. For an active, approved feed, Kleerdrobe uses stated preferences and filters such as category, price, size data, brand, and discount.
The retailer remains the seller
Kleerdrobe has no checkout. Ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and customer service remain entirely with the retailer.
Product data and approval
A retailer or network becomes an affiliate partner only after both Kleerdrobe and the relevant media channel are approved. For that partner, we use only the permitted feed, API, images, and deep links, and follow the campaign-specific terms.
Before activation, we test automated refreshes, price and availability updates, and an emergency switch that can immediately disable a partner's content and links. Kleerdrobe always makes clear that prices can change and which retailer completes the purchase.
Attribution and privacy
Affiliate links are clearly disclosed. Where a network supports Sub IDs or click references, we use only an opaque technical identifier for measurement. Names and email addresses are never placed in such a link. We do not use a browser extension or any other software that intercepts existing attribution.
Where customer value is visible
See our original content and methods in the journal, ranking explanation, and the impact methodology. Once an approved product feed is live, shoppers can also save products to favourites, lists, and a personal basket before visiting a retailer.
